Agreement to Terms

By accessing f7ltd.com or using F7LTD's services — including our AI voice agent Joyce and AI chat agent Fisch — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Services Provided

F7LTD provides the following services to small and medium-sized businesses:

SMS Messaging Program

Program Name

F7LTD SMS Notifications

Program Description

F7LTD sends a one-time SMS containing a scheduling link to users who verbally request one during an inbound call with Joyce, our AI voice agent. Messages are transactional only. No marketing messages are sent via this program.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by verbally consenting during a call with our AI voice agent, Joyce. Joyce will ask: "Would you like me to send you a link to schedule a consultation?" An SMS is only sent upon your explicit verbal confirmation. No message is sent without your consent.

Message Frequency

You will receive no more than 1 message per call session. F7LTD does not send recurring marketing messages via SMS.

Message Content

Messages will contain one or more of the following:

•       A booking link to schedule a consultation or demo

•       Confirmation of a scheduled appointment

•       F7LTD contact information

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Consult your carrier for details.

Carrier Liability

F7LTD and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

Privacy

Acceptable Use

By using F7LTD services, you agree to:

•       Provide accurate and truthful information

•       Use our services only for lawful purposes

•       Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit our systems or AI agents

•       Not impersonate F7LTD, its agents, or its representatives

Limitation of Liability

F7LTD services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, F7LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Modifications

F7LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
