AI & AI Automation Terms of Use

These AI & AI Automation Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) govern your use of any artificial intelligence (“AI”) features, automation tools, integrations, or related services (“AI Services”) provided by F7 Ltd and its subsidiaries (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These AI Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using our AI Services, you agree to these AI Terms.

1. Scope of AI Services

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in activities that could harm individuals, businesses, or communities

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, you retain ownership of your original inputs. AI-generated outputs may be subject to copyright limitations depending on jurisdiction and the policies of the AI provider. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

7. Liability Limitation

We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any losses or damages arising from the use of our AI Services.

8. Support & Training

We may offer training, guidance, or customer support related to AI Services. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Changes to AI Terms

We may update these AI Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

AI & Automation Privacy Addendum

This AI & Automation Privacy Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the F7 Ltd Privacy Policy and applies to data processed through our AI Services.

1. Information Collected

  • Inputs: Any text, images, audio, or other content you submit to AI Services
  • Outputs: AI-generated responses, content, or recommendations
  • Usage Data: Logs, performance metrics, and error reports related to AI usage

2. How We Use AI Data

  • To operate, maintain, and improve AI Services
  • To provide AI-driven features, recommendations, and automations
  • For research, analytics, and product development

3. Sharing with Third-Party AI Providers

Data may be transmitted to AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs) solely for processing as required to deliver AI functionality. These providers may store or use anonymized data to improve their services, as permitted by their terms and applicable law.

4. Retention

We retain AI-related data only as long as necessary to provide and improve our Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

5. Your Choices

You may request deletion of AI-related data by contacting us at privacy@f7ltd.com. Note: deletion requests may not remove anonymized or aggregated data used for system improvement.

6. Risks of AI Use

AI Services may produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected results. You acknowledge these risks and agree to verify AI outputs before relying on them.
